Our Insurance Policy
Currently, we do not accept direct insurance payments. If you have a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) insurance plan, our services are considered "out of network." This means you may still be eligible for reimbursement for a portion of your session fees from your insurance provider, depending on your plan's benefits for out-of-network mental health services.
How to Get Reimbursed
- Check Your Insurance Plan: Before your appointment, please contact your insurance company to understand your coverage for out-of-network mental health benefits. Each plan is different, and it's essential to know your benefits.
- Super Bill for Reimbursement: After your session, we will provide you with a Super Bill—a detailed receipt of services provided. You can submit this document to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
- Reimbursement Rates: Most PPO plans reimburse between 20% and 60% of the session fee. The exact amount will depend on your specific insurance plan.
- Good Faith Estimate: You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the expected charges of your healthcare services. We can provide this estimate before your scheduled services or upon request.

- Visit Limitations: Many insurance plans have specific limitations on the number of visits, frequency of sessions, and types of medications covered. It's important to verify these details with your insurance provider.
- Prior Authorization: Some treatments or a significant number of sessions might require prior authorization from your insurance company. Please note, once shared, this information will be governed by the privacy policies of your insurance company.
